B-12 Memorial Day Shootout
- Team Entry Fees Due Apr 1.
- No Refunds for teams dropping after Apr 1.
All Other Tournaments
- Full refund – $25 Service charge for teams dropping 14 days or prior to tournament
- Full refund -$50 Service Charge for teams dropping less than 14 days prior to tournament and before brackets are drawn.
- No refund once brackets have been drawn.
Entry Fee & Team Gate Fee
For all tournaments: Games guarantee is based on no weather issues. Teams played 1 game will receive 1/2 entry fee and 1/2 gate fee back. Teams playing 2 or more games will not receive a refund on either.
